Best RPG series thus far of the millenium. The first game was tremendous but the sequel only improves upon it, especially in the area of combat. The story and gameplay may be a linear ride on rails for the most part but there are enough critical decisions that cause real effects in the game world to keep things interesting and give the player an illusion of free will. The story and characters have great writing and great voice acting; truly a positive cinematic experience. Let's not forget that there is significant replay value as well. The only down side to this game is how much of your time it will suck up. Also, I could not find any cake.

More of a simulator than a game, which is a *good* thing! A serious game for serious military game players. Great mod community extends the playability and realism of this game.

Best medieval combat there is to be had in a game. Multiplayer will provide hours of fun if you can get over the learning curve. Do what is best in life: Crush your enemies, see their horsemen driven before you, and hear the lamentations of their archers. Glory or death.
