Far: Lone sail is a simple yet beautiful game that takes players on an atmospheric and emotive adventure through a post-apocalyptic world. The game's strength lies in its ability to convey a poignant narrative without the need for spoken words. The absence of dialogue enhances the immersive experience, allowing players to interpret the story through crafted environment and emotive visuals.

3 years of development tease from Hello Games have sparked the imagination of players and adoption has been quite a debate of late. An Indie project started with 20 contributors has been attracted the attention of Sony's and Steam's. So it was sold as a AAA title and has generated time wasting discussions amongst consumers

none less ....

I am 7 hours in and haven’t left my first system. I've spend most of my time on Crash Land, my starter planet. We've discovered and named most fauna & flora of the planet and I'm itching for more. I did get stranded there on my last return due to lack of plutonium. ♥♥♥♥ happens. but I'm ready to leave to a new system and see where it takes me. Exploration has been rewarding in discovery. Inventory and tools have received much needed upgrade but still too much I don't know.

Inventory management can be a chore but it is kept relatively interesting with the crafting and installations mechanics. I'm curious to see the extent of the periodic table combinations. No Man's sky is a promising start to a relaxed and elaborate space exploration experience. If you're after a solo exploration and can tolerate mining and inventory mechanics. Casual UI and responsive interface help the fluidity of each upgrades. Both Wasd and 360 controllers can be swapped on the fly and settings can also be edited via txt to change for custom machine experience.

Yes NMS is promising and I'm hoping i've participated to the funding of the continuous improvement of no Man's Sky Development budget for the next 3 years. Rest to see if the deployment process will have further cost attached to it.

The first hour was actually quite excruciating: bugs, clunky controls, poorly written dialog, visual effects that make you doubt your videosetting. However, as you play, the game actually becomes quite enjoyable and you are compelled to continue Albert's journey. As you progress through the game you get reminded of other games that excelled in the horror survival genre such as Dead space, Dead Island or even Fallout 3, but unfortunately, Afterfall only scratched the surface of what made those games classics, and even if I’m compelled to play some more, I doubt this game will stay in my memory like Dead Space or fallout did.

A good Alternative to modern sandbox games (GTAIV, SR3..) Sleeping Dogs is more of a KungFu Brawler that inherits traits from games like Shemnue and Double Dragon. Guns sequences include some slow mo action to keep the shooting fun. Games look great, sound great and the story will keep you interested. Sleeping Dogs could have been a good Hong Kong Kung Fu flick. I'm greatful they made it a game instead!
