Immersive and technical at the same time, F.E.A.R. 2 was the only horror game that could keep me entertained and engaged while at the same time just not being frightening enough to quit playing - which is a good thing in my opinion. It alternates horror with plot almost seamlessly, and gives you bits and pieces of information as you progress through the game, which keeps your curiosity hungering for more.

In summary it is definitely a must-play, but don't expect to shit your pants unless you're sensitive for screamers (which start to become predictable at a certain point).

If you've played the campaign once, it becomes even less than casual. Not a bad game otherwise though, it's something you can expect from Pop Cap.

I'm still disappointed that they removed the Michael Jackson zombie.

Only play this once in a while, or else it will get repetitive as shit. Also, needs more maps. ALWAYS needs more maps. Otherwise good gameplay, the campaigns aren't too hard to get through on a reasonable difficulty, and it's hard to die when you're either playing alone or have good teammates.

If you have really shitty teammates, may a god help you in this game.
