Its not Dungeon Keeper, but its just as good. A must buy if you feel the urge to build an evil empire

Yes, this is a FPS and it does have elements of RPG trading built into the game. However do not expect miracles, the game is more about creating remarkable dark and eerie tunnels and cold and hostile above-land envornments, and achieves this through remarkable narrative storytelling.

Think STALKER in Moscows Metro underground, just with limited freedom and linear gameplay.
