I bought this game not to have to deal with random people being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ like in Tarkov. This game is supposedly CO-OP but people can still Teamkill you and take your stuff.

This review will be a negative one until this issue is addressed. I can't even report the person that did this to me.

*sigh" I'm going to have to be contrary to the outrage YET AGAIN. Most of the people review bombing this are upset over the micro transactions. All of the transations are inconsequential, as of the writing of this review, and you can get them in-game rather easily, it's for lazy people with too much money. Every Capcom title of the last few years has the same monetisation. I REALLY don't understand why people are all surprise Pikachu face over this. When it comes to Japanese companies they are not even the worst, just look at any Koei Tecmo title just to name one example. It's easy...JUST DON'T BUY MICRO TRANSACTIONS IF YOU DON'T LIKE THEM. I've seen no tampering with game progress or mechanics that will force them on you.

Are there legitimate gripes against this game? Yes if your PC isn't all that powerful the game will run like hot garbage and even high end PC's will run sub 100fps, and pretty low in Cities. This NEEDS to be addressed. Performance needs to improve.

And Dunovo? Yeah that's terrible but I've made peace with it. I don't feel like worrying over it.

Other than that the game seems a lot of fun so far. Don't give into short sighted outrage.

First impression; This game really gives me a feel of adventure. The world feels like a weird mix of Star Trek, Star Wars, Stargate SG 1 and Avatar. There are a few rough spots, I would call this a AA game. But honestly those tend to be better then what the AAA and "AAAA" offer us these days. And NO micro transactions in sight, it looks to be a full experience.

My only nitpicks thus far is the transition from ingame to cutscene feel a bit rough and the cutscenes are in 30 FPS and you can really feel that.

Game is extremely pretty and atmospheric. Some people are upset its an Online game only game (at the moment) but for me I have very stable fibre internet so it's no issue for me and I don't really care.

Looking forward to playing more.

Review used to be negative and I am changing it. I will add more later but the long and short of it for now is. After some patches and few to no crashes I can say; It's a great co-op game with friends. Everything feels good and works well gameplay wise.

The monetisation is better then I expected. Being able to earn your "season pass" with just playing and not additional paying. They also don't expire and are always for sale even if new ones hit. This way I don't feel pressure to play when I actually do not really want to. This should be a standard. I dont mind these type of thing when done right and not overly greedy.

Made by 3 people on the budget of 15 gumbals in 3 weeks. If this was an additional mode to unlock some stuff in a main game nobody would have cared. But some Capcom manager lost a bet and was forced to make it a separate release.

Might be good for a laugh if it's 90% off but other than that I can be good for a laugh I suppose but an Overwatch 1 loot box would still sound like a better investment.

Honestly Capcom should just make this free as an apology.

Voxel based Breath of the Wild like survival game that you can play with your friends. It feels really fluid and the hook shot and glider really add something to it. Lots of good quality of life features like NO WEIGHT LIMIT. Which is nice.

After a lot of hard work from the developers this game has gotten a lot more stable, more polished and most importantly; More fun! The inclusion of the new skill tree and a whopping 10 build load outs add a lot to the game.

One of the best co-op games out there right now.

I.LOVE.THIS.GAME

It's got this schlocky quality, it's the right kind of ultra violent and his iconic gun just feels super satisfying to shoot, the setting just feels right and lived in, it has tons of humour and charm and there is "normal" police work in there too. I'm just having a GRAND time.

Is it perfect? No it needs some bug fixing still and the facial animations are very stiff. The Voice acting is great though and our OG Robocop actor is really giving it all his love.

This studio has come very far from the Rambo days. What a redemption story.

If you like Robocop this is a very safe bet.

This game feels like a beefed up version of Rust. A lot of the systems are worked out far better than I would initially guessed for an Early Access release. The devs are very active thus far and have patched every day. They also have given compensations for when take down servers. Some people had initial issues with Ultrawide resolutions and it was fixed pretty quickly. They also added more server as was requested. So they are doing pretty well.

So I don't really get the mixed rating here. The game is a bit of a Jack of all trades, master of none type deal for sure. But most of it's aspects are competent.
