I've been playing games for pretty much my whole life, and Steam has made gaming a very diverse and fun thing to do for me to do.

Wether you're a veteran player, or a new arrival: Prepare your iced-tea, sit back in a dark room, and let Cry of Fear's world take you to a new definition of survival-horror.
It's great Team Psykallar created the 1.6 update, you guys are great! It's also worth celebrating that Valve simply even allowed this game to be released. We're forever in your debt, great master Gaben.
I love the hell outta Quake, don't get me wrong, but the Steam release of Quake could use some work. GLQuake doesn't operate unless you have a mid-1990's era PC, and the soundtrack is missing. With some modifications, it can be a quick-fix, but it would be so much easier to have the game ready as soon as the game list says '100% downloaded'.
9/10 for the game itself. 7/10 for the Steam release. Valve, you know you can do better.
Out of both Mission Packs, Mission Pack 1: Scourge of Armagon takes the cake. Taking what they understood from Quake, Hipnotic took the game to a whole new level with new enemies, weapons, traps, environmental hazards, and improved level design. An honest 9/10, just too bad Valve (or id software) was too lazy to include the soundtracks for any of the early Quake games.
