Hey,

if you want to get Persian added to the list of languages, please create a Steam Community group called "Persian Translations" and post it in the topic you were referring to earlier. After that, invite people who would be willing to translate for Steam to your group. The more people your group has, the more likely it is for Persian to make it to Steam.
