A decent racer main upside is the open world and racing with people randomly from across the globe

one of the great tragedies of videogaming. a flawed masterpiece, known for being hideously buggy on launch. the very first third party game to use the source engine, sold very little due mostly to the fact that Half-Life 2 was released in the same week.

the game has some of the most atmospheric quests and storylines you will ever see, the quest in the hotel is magnificent. the facial animations are much better than anything valve has produced since, top quality voice acting compliments it beautifully (bender is in it :D ) .the game does tail of a bit in its final act into a hack and slash slog though. i believe that this was due in part to activision pushing ill fated developer troika to finishing the product

this is a game that destroyed its developer, who only managed to make 2 patches to it which barely addressed the bugs, but it was a game that struck the hearts of many and the community have since patched over the game's glaring faults, even adding in unimplimented features too
