Flawed, partially still unlocalized, kinda glitchy, but actually entertaining if you're into the anime look. 3.5/5
The crashiest game since FO3 and I still can't stop playing it. Great fun, great adventure, lots of ending variations. DLC adds a good story too.
In what other universe can you look like the Macho Man Randy Savage and fight crime while flying around on a cloud that shoots rainbows? Super addictive.
