Holy moley, this is a game well worth the price of entry. Think TF2 stylings, mixed with the gravity/phys gun from HL2, but presented with a Trine-esque physics-platform/puzzle gameplay. Metroid style exploration that benefits from the many character and tool upgrades, but with a plot that takes you to a varied number of environments.
Really enjoyable experience, it had me hooked from start to finish.
It takes a little more to get into initially when compared to Arkham Asylum, but once you get through the change of pace, it becomes masterful once more.
Riddler challenges are addictive, the story progresses quite well and the city, while smaller than I had imagined it would be, is in retrospect just right, and holds many secrets.
Keep doing what you're doing Rocksteady, it definitely works.
Buy this game. Hands down (pants) awesome. It's a true PC game, make sure you look into the available mods, as there's a plethora of total conversion packs and add on content which adds to the already expansive armory of weapons and vehicles.
Also without going to the trouble of creating, finding or playing scenarios, check out the Armory mode in single player. Pick your favourite weapon or vehicle, or GOAT, then accept the challenges offered to you. It's a great way to kill time, learn how to best use weapons, and also tactics by trial and error. Every successful challenge adds points to your total persistent score, which unlocks more and more content.
