This game is decent but not for a resident evil title, re6 is nothing like the classic resident evil titles which where what made the franchise what it is, all campaigns where made by a seperate team, which makes each campaign seem like a different game almost.

Leons campaign wasnt scary to me nothing about the game really is unless u get scared easily, also his campaign is littered with cinematics and quick time events, i noticed chris's campaign didnt have hardly any quick time events or cinematics just nonstop action in that one.

i own re1 remake re2 re3 code veronica x now those are the best resident evil games ever, the music in those games was so awesome and atmopheric re6 music sucks, also the survival horror in the originals made it hella scary the fact u had very limited ammunition and had to run from the zombies and there where moments of tension everywhere where u where walking through areas where theres no enemies yet u still feel like they could pop out anywhere and kill u, the game put butterflys in my stomach i got so scared many times in those classics and i have many memories about those games.


re6 is a decent action game, and i think the co-op is fun along with getting skill points for new skills, also the graphics are pretty nice and the cutscenes are well done, but the storyline isnt that great, although the resident evil series doesnt have the strongest storyline the classics where alot more memorable and i prefer them, the puzzles in the classics where tough and when u did one on your own without looking it up on the computer it makes u feel like u accomplished something in which makes u not forget that moment and what it took to beat the game.


If i was to make a resident evil game, i would keep the tank controls, it makes the game harder and your character feels less like a badass doing rolls and owning the zombies instead of being overwelmed and running, i would change to 3d backgrounds like u did in this game but with the classic camera angles. i saw a few of classic camera angles in re6 on leons campaign in a few areas and liked them.


ADD BACK THE SURVIVAL HORROR!

I dont want a shooting gallery where i never run outta ammo and the zombies just keep coming to where i expect this and am never scared, supplies should be limited and shouldnt fall from zombies when they die but should be scattered across the map, i want to feel the terror of walking not expecting zombies to pop out.


Also the item box returns and the ink ribbon...

sry didnt quite impress me with this game.

but i loved re1 remake on gamecube that is how its done and that game was hella scary and was a remake done right, if u would just go back to this style i would be jumping to buy the next resident evil instead of sluggishly thinking about getting it.

This game is unique, the gameplay is alot of fun although its only single-player i could careless some of the best games are only singleplayer, they made this game well spending time on graphics and gameplay, i have beat it twice and thinking about playing it again.
