I've never played anything quite like this. It is a platform fighter, so in the same genre as Smash bros, but its rhythms are completely different. Positioning of your character is vastly more important, and some of the fighters play so radically unlike anything in this game's competitors. The Bullet Kin being a perfect example, he plays like he is still in the twin stick shooter he came from. For anyone who enjoys this type of game but has gotten tired of them, Indie Pogo is a must play take on the genre.

The game is just poorly designed in general. The art style makes it impossible to dodge your opponent's attacks during fights, and the tank controls for movement outside of fights are frustrating to deal with. Everything between the fights feels like forced padding, and the fights themselves aren't very fun either.

Good, clean (metaphoorically, not literally) fun.

Nominated for the "Cry Havoc And Let Slip The Dogs Of War" award, because nothing says havoc like destroying ranked mode with an Ojama deck.

This is the single happiest game I've ever played.

This is the first indie game I have ever returned. It is sold as a fast aggressive shooter, its not. You are incredibly fragile, dying in two hits to most enemies. The best way to fight is to stand in the right place in front of a spike pit and blast enemies into it as they run toward you. Ammo is so rare that you end up using the crappy pistol rather than a good gun, which reduces your chances of getting health back from overkills. Oh no I can see the trailer playing above me as I write this. Don't believe it, the game istelf is nothing like that.

This game does everything right. The controls are tight, the shooting is satisfying, and the stories are hilariously silly. I legitimately cannot find anything wrong with it if I tried.

I have been trying for more than an hour, and the game still crashes at the exact same spots durring the tutorial level. I got this game for free and I still feel ripped off.

As of now, this game, is the game equivalent of a so bad that its good action movie.

This game made me feel more for a bunch of squares than I've felt for some RPG protagonists.
