It was profitable, there's a lot of speculation going on from intercompany politics involving the NCsoft's CEO's connection to Nexxon, too other factors... basically it didn't really make sense for them to close the game, and they're also laying off Guild Wars staff now too. But they also seem to be reacting to the bad press and there's a chance CoH might be sold and revived, so I dunno we'll just have to see what happens.
