Diese Gruppe möchte erreichen, dass Steam einen freiwilligen Altersnachweis anbietet. Jedem Volljährigen soll damit die Möglichkeit gegeben werden, die für den deutschen Markt geschnittenen Spiele auch unzensiert zu kaufen und bereits gekaufte Spiele uncut zu machen. Auch könnte Steam dann indizierte Spiele anbieten.
Der Altersnachweis soll nur das Angebot von zensierten und indizierten Spielen in Deutschland nach den geltenden Gesetzen ermöglichen. Minderjährige hätten durch den Nachweis keine Beeinträchtigungen beim Kauf des bisherigen Angebotes, mit 18 aber die Möglichkeit ebenfalls durch den Altersnachweis auf das erweiterte Angebot zuzugreifen.

This group wants to achieve that Steam provides a voluntary proof of age. Therewith every adult should have the possibility to buy uncut video games, which are cut for the German market. In addition, Steam could offer subscripted video games.
The proof of age is just for the offer of censored and subscripted video games authorised by the current laws in Germany. Minors would not have a disadvantage of the proof of age but at the age of 18 they would get the opportunity to revert to the extended offer.
