08. NO nicks with less then 3 letters, or nicks
made out of signs and numbers
09. NO harrasing/NO name calling/NO racism - Behave and be nice
10. EVEN TEAMS, you know when teams are unfair
1. MINIMUM of retry - please dont retry more than once every map. And if you retry, DONT join the same round and play on
