Correction: Her (current) face model is Sonja Kinski.
That Alesia woman (who I believe they used for Portal 1's Chell) was the face model for the earlier beta version of Zoey while Left 4 Dead was still in early development. Valve later changed the appearances of all survivors, along with the voice actress for Zoey (but they did keep some of her original screams).
