Spitter Talents Released & New Special Effects

We are excited to announce the following major updates:



The Spitter talents have been released, meaning every Special Infected now has talents. We will now begin tweaking the gameplay to make it better suited for players. We are getting closer to releasing the beta version of XPMod. However, the mod is still in alpha, so frequent and drastic changes are expected to occur.



New special effects have also been released, you can download them by clicking the "Downloads" link in the navigation bar at "www.L4D2xpmod.com". In the special effects you will find indicators of Spitter Goo Types, the Chargers' Invulnerability, Survivor particles relating to the Spitter, and various other changes.

Charger Talents are now LIVE!

Well, we know it has been a while since a new character update, but the Charger Talents are finally live! At the moment, the latest update for the mod is running on the Urbanly Adjusted servers #1, 2, and 5. More servers with the new charger talents are expected to be up soon, while uA receives their server upgrades.

Join the servers, have fun with the new content (and new account system), and let us know what you think. We are always happy to hear from XPMod fans!

Can we get some info on when the mod is going to be updated? Hasn't been any news for over a year and a lot of things need to be fixed.

When is the mod going to be updated again? Hunter bind1 (dismount) has been broken since October/November.

i have a problem when i put riot sheild or combate knife it only sets it as a pistol!
