It is told that on a remarkably clear night in the Autumn of 1794 Roderick Pleasanton literally crowned from his mother bearing a headpiece of gold and the most precious of stones, causing irreperable wounds and inevitably neutralizing her.

The birth night of R. Pleasanton, to this very day, serves as the cornerstone of the Well-to-do belief that the inadequate should perish due to the rise of the affluent. At the age of 9 he oversaw the Louisiana Purchase and befittingly described Thomas Jefferson as "not knowing a Franc from his dick."
