Uru Rocks

As you may know, our server, the Conehenge, has been down for a while. This has been due to people performing upgrades. In order to combat this, I have moved it to another location; 158.123.198.54:27017. Moved is a misnomer, it's an entirely new server with the config files moved. I also switched it to sourcemod, so things should be better. The admin list should be preserved.
