104th Infantry Division - The Timberwolves

Company Meeting Recap (Dec. 28)
Company Meeting Recap

1) First Platoon presented CORDs to Captain J. Moreau, under the command of 1Lt. N. Moreau

2) Captain went into a speech, telling all the soldiers that the 104th Infantry Division, has hit the "bump" where every unit falls apart, and in order to change the outcome, all 104th Infantry Division members must remain active not only in the game, but on the forums and in the steam community. Being present on the server allows for us to grow, generating more "pubbers" to the server. Remember, you can play on the server without the officers being on, but you must listen to the highest rank on the server at that time. Using the forums allows you to understand and know what is going on in the unit and in the Realism world. It is a great place to get to know each other and become a "Band of Brothers." The Steam community, which can be found under "community" in your steam account, called "104th Infantry Division - The Timberwolves" is to be checked weekly, if not daily. The community is there to show you the schedule of the up-coming events being taken place in the unit. All BCT dates are given, with the IP and Password (always the same) to our BCT Server. Also, all drills, meetings, and realism matches are posted. The officers try to plan the whole month out, which allows for you to know when you must be on the servers. We are not asking much, only about two nights a week for one hour, unless of course you are playing for fun on our "Pub server (32man)"

3) LOA - Leave of Absences are very important because it lets us know how many people are going to be showing up, and takes the hassle off the officers shoulders to find out where you were. LOAs only take about two minutes too write up and you have anytime to write them before the scheduled date, or 24 hours after the event. It is not much to ask for. Remember, you only get three demerits per month or it will lead to a Dishonorable Discharge which looks bad on your record. The officers had to remind several people to post them, which is not acceptable. From now on, we will not be reminding you as it is your responsibility to check the forums, and the steam community for all events and for posting your LOA. Also, when you come back from an LOA please remember to report back in, saying "Checking In Sir"

Promotions
*PFC. J. Porter was promoted to Corporal. Porter represents our unit well and has proven his leadership skills through his BNOC course.
*PFC. P. O'Brian was promoted to Corporal. O'Brian has proven he has what it takes to lead a strong squad and passed his BNOC course.
*Pvt, J. Marsan was promoted to PFC. Marsan was assigned to take the role of Assistant Squad Leader of P1S1.
*Pvt. A. Fortier was promoted to PFC. Fortier was assigned to take the role of Assistant Squad Leader of P1S2

Soldiers, please take this time to remember your roles in the unit and how you can better the 104th ID. One small act at a time makes a big difference in a unit, something as simple as activity goes along way. Keep up the good work, and remember the pointers that were given out during this meeting. These areas need to be worked on and I, First Lieutenant know you are all capable of doing so.
