The Spokarians are an all wise, knowledge knowing group that follows the path of the almighty Spoka (pictured). Do not mess with a Spokarian because you might as well be messing with Spoka himself.
The Spokarians is a religion/clan/cult for CS:S.
The Spokarian requirements:
1: You have to be good.
