Originally set up as a way for a group of University Technicians to kill their lunch breaks back in early 2004.
Call of Duty was the first game to ever go onto the Nightmare server which, at the time, was only available from inside the University. Several months later, CoD UO was released, which we quickly moved to and enjoyed many hours of playing.

As interest grew, we opened the server up to the public to join. This proved a big success and we enjoyed good run in the CoD:UO UK league on Clan Base.
Over time, TNC have had many different ideas on what to do and which direction to move in, so we formed a council that would always act in the best interest of the clan.

After about 18 months, the clan came to a split decision about staying with UO or whether to branch out into the newly released CoD2 as well, As a result |TNC| disbanded leaving around 8 members to continue playing CoD:UO.

Over time we got the numbers up to around 20 members and have remained strong to this day. We now participate in wars daily, whether it be competitively in leagues or cups or just for fun, and are always looking to recruit mature players to strengthen the squad.

TNC prides itself on being a free clan (donations optional) for a multi-gaming community.
We have players of all different skill level including some that play competitively and some that just play for fun.
We are an over 18 clan but have made exceptions to mature teenagers who have proved themselves.

Today TNC’s main game is CoD4 (of which are active in the E-Dom leagues, but play other games like WoW, Football Manager and Pro Evolution Soccer.
