-ll- promotes teamwork thru the use of voice communications, either in game VOIP or Vent (type /vent in game) Utilizing the tools at hand, members and players are encouraged to work together, communicate and motivate players to help achieve the goal, which is winning. Good sportsmanship is also promoted. Shake the hands of the victors rather than berate those who lost. It's a game. No game is worth being angry about.
