It seems that Shacknews has wised up and given us the real truth. November 18th is the day Left 4 Dead will hit Steam and US shelves, with Europe getting the retail version on the 21st.

It falls upon me to deliver some supposedly sad news to you all. Some of you may have already heard, read, or caused the event, but for those who may be wallowing in blissful ignorance, Left 4 Dead has been delayed until the 20th of November.
