"Intialization of webgl context failed"
I tried MS Edge as a backup but its horribly zoomed in and loses quality when zoomed out.

Also, it's supposed to gain quality if you zoom out. If think you actually zoom in.

I actually meant zoom out the entire page, http://prntscr.com/d3kq72

The entire page is zoomed in. If you want to zoom in the character without zoomin the page, don't hold Ctrl while doing mouse wheel.
As an alternative, page up / page down can be used to zoom in / out the character.
