Hello!

This is a mentoring system in which the goal is to teach new Team Fortress 2 players the skills and tricks that are essenttial in playing the game competitively.

In my opinion, this is the most fun competitive team game out on the market today. Unfortunately, the competitive scene is under-represented by its creators, so it's time to take matters into our own hands.

The topics we will cover are as follows:
- network configuration
- game configuration
- class configuration
- air strafing
- rocket/sticky jumping
- mouse control
- aiming
- movement

Advanced topics will include:
- scout, soldier, demoman and medic strategies

I have around 1200+ soldier hours, so aspiring soldiers and medics will find me most useful, but this is a basics course, and I know quite a bit about playing scout and demoman as well. Different class tutors will also be joining me in the near future.

HOW DOES THIS WORK!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?

EASY! Join the group, leave a message, and we'll set something up. Sessions will run for at least 30 minutes or until I am unavailable.

RULES:

1 - Be respectful and receptive toward the information

2 - Take this knowledge and PRACTICE

3 - Put yourself out there and find or make your own team

So, leave a message and contact:
kforce - me, for anything :)
fellatio - for anything

So far, we have a nice gaggle of people from this group playing together and improving together, so if you make nice, you'll be welcome to come hang out with us whenever you want, and we can casually work on whatever you need to work on, or pub, or play pickups, whatever. Our mumble server is in question at the moment but message me and I'll direct you to the right place.

Currently, I'm slowly but surely working on getting a server that can support highlander games, as our current one does not have enough slots. So, hopefully we can create a highlander team out of this group, as well as a few teams for 6's.

Announcements _
Alright, so things have been extremely slow within this group as of lately. Also, our TF2 server is gone since AIGaming went under. I'm considering getting a new server, but only if there is enough interest expressed here.

Veteraned CS player, looking to switch to TF2. Have a medic I'd like to play pocket for, we're both interested in some guidance. Available every evening.
