Yes, indeed.... COD:WAW is amazingly good fun. And eases the pain of being played a fool by Tripwire. Still smarting from that. Killing floor is freaking awful.

call of duty: world at war was 50% off this weekend. josh and i took a chance on it. a little wary after the pile of suck that is killing floor... but so glad we did.

4 player co-op play, relatively easy network setup; we were playing together within minutes. and the game is pretty damn awesome. it has events like in l4d, where a plane crashes, or something big blows up, etc.

of course, the entire game is on rails and relies on heavily scripted events, but it's done to such a high level of polish that it just works and often takes your breath away.

deffinately going to have to recommend it for anyone with a machine capable of playing it.
