ehm think the problem is, too many players come from diffrent countrys and the timezone is sometimes very ugly ^^ im german and we got 23:01 oclock or 11:01 PM, we need a LIVE CHAT to communicate with all together ! STEAM SUCKS ! i think IRC are the best choice,
