Before you apply you should keep some points in mind:

You should be / have

# at least 16 years old
# mature and diplomatic in nature
# Admin experience either in a clan or a community
# basic experience with anticheating or demo reviewing
# basic knowledge about the common cheats
# able to use IRC communication on a regular bases
# enough time ( at least 100 demos a month)
# know the difference between nospread and norecoil
