I'd like to ask that my fellow officers maintain a stricter anti-spam policy. If a member is spamming, do not hesitate to take action. We were spammed earlier today, and I'd like to make sure it doesn't happen again.

For blatant spam:
First offense - Warning
Second offense - Kick
Third offense - Ban

Chat invasions(I.E. multiple members joining chat and spamming) warrant a ban for ALL participating offenders.
