Special Attack

Hello everyone! It is time for another update! I hope you take the time to read this because it took a bloody long time to write :D

  After the previous season of ETF2L (5) we ran into a few problems, one of the most significant being line up issues. Relentless was unable to play for a few months due to his computer exploding and for 5 weeks after that I had to play scout, which wasn't ideal. There was no point training so much without a full-time scout so we started trialing. The need for this was because Acer had already failed at fixing Rele's computer once, so we didn't know how long he would be incapacitated for.

  Trials went well at first, with some experienced scouts showing interest in joining the team. Most, if not all, fitted the skill requirements but many just didn't fit into our style or just weren't vocal enough to pair up with cookye. Luckily Nemppu trialed, we were wary at first, since having another Fin in the team pretty much guarantees a fold, but we decided that we could take that risk and recruited him after just a few games. Scary, a long time merc for us, also joined as a back up scout.

  Finally we had a team sorted, although we had already missed a few game deadlines of esl and wireplay. Somehow our leaders managed to postpone every one so we could play them after needy got back from his holiday. Altogether our pre-season training hasn't been as extensive as we would have hoped, but we have shown that our form is good after some surprising results, for example our latest wireplay league match against overGame, the team we came second to in the last ETF2L season (granary is one of their strongest maps).
