Camping in computer gaming jargon describes the practice of a player staying in one area of the game world waiting for enemies or useful objects to appear or to come to the player rather than actively seeking them out. Players camp in order to gain an advantage over their opponents. In most games, camping is a legitimate style of play.

Does the sight of the enem'y spawn door get you excited? Are you an engineer that heads straight for the back field? Perhaps a demo that magically finds his way across the map?

Maybe its a heavy medic combo. Maybe its a sentry gun. Maybe its stickies on the door. Or maybe its all three.

All that matters is that they can't get out and you keep racking up the kills.

Sure, they might not be having fun sitting in their spawn wondering how the fuck they're gonna get out of this mess. But you're having a fucking blast.

Oh, now they're crying, calling you a bitch, and telling you how much a noob you are. They're going spectate, trying to force the autobalance. It's not working though cuz you cant kill anyone when youre trapped behind the spawn doors, silly. LOL. They keep raging and you keep laughing.

This group is open to anyone that wants to help promote and nuture the growth of spawn camping.

Maybe we'll discover new ways to spawn camp. Maybe someone will rage so hard they never come back. All that matters is that the rage quits keep on coming.

New players come into the world everyday. Let's make sure they never leave the spawn.
