Snarkwarfare's Official "pub" Definition.
Because defintions are fun to make up.
History:
The term "pub" arose from left 4 dead versus matches where the remaining player slot(s) were filled by switching the server to public access when not enough friends were available to play often resulting in the team with the pub(s) to complain loudly about having the pub on their team.
Definition:
The last resort player. Usually only seen in coop games, pubs are terrible at the game being played and/or the pub is a troll and always lacks basic social skills/has bad spelling. Pubs are rarely seen using a microphone. Logically this is because the pub has no friends and/or wants to troll. On rare occasions a competent pub (Elite Pubs) may join, in which case the pub is praised often to an embarrassing degree.
