This Group have been created to help protect Steam players by providing them alerts and guidance to safe guard their accounts from Steam ID thieves,scams, hackers, "phishing" and other sketchy activities. Please do not give out your password, and account name to those you do not know.

You can report a problem in the comments section, and I will also send your tip towards the Steam company, in an email.

Ok people ill say this again. If anybody ever comes up to you saying that there are free games or saying that there are sweet deals right now and they give u a site that ask for ur information... DONT GO THERE!!!! try to look it up on the steam store if ur that intrested because theres a 99% chance its a phisher. besides, if it is such a huge deal u will find it on the steam store.

I know. My friend got his account taken but he got it back like a day after that.
