Crazy Homicidal Shakespeareans

It has been determined (mostly by me) that members have to perform reasonably well in matches (meaning MVP a couple of times in a fairly large match) before they can use the [CHS] tag. We are still debating a trainee tag (i.e. [CHS-t] or something of the like) or whether they can join the CHS group.
