Notes about the services on GameSurge:
GameSurge uses a different kind of registration management... ChanServ exists but does not handle channel registration. There is no NickServ, but its near-equivalent is AuthServ.

AuthServ handles user registration (it's really more of a rights management thing than for nicknames. You have an account name and can use any unused nickname you want, as authorization is linked to the account name rather than a static nickname. No need to link nickname registrations!).

HostServ handles custom titles and an entire list of presets can be found here: http://www.gamesurge.net/titles/ ...and is complete with a command generator. All you have to do is pick one, then copy and paste the generated command at the top of the page into IRC after registering and logging in to AuthServ!
