RattusNorvegicus [TF2]

Thanks to Epstah and his brand spanking new 10 mbps fiber connection we now have a new 32 player TF2 server. It will be running all maps with standard spawn times.
The old RN server, which is now referred to as RN2, will still be up, but for now will only run CTF maps.
