If 3 or more people joined the group within 2 days of it being made, he would be forced to use the FaN for 24 hours of scout playtime. If 2 or less people joined, I would have to use Bonk! and the sandman for 6 hours of scout playtime.

Gypsy lost the bet and now he's being forced to use the FaN for 24 hours of scout playtime. However, as a birthday present, I'm not going to pardon him because it'll make him a better scout. Kinda like using power-weights, you know?
