# CTF

Since August 7, 2007

# CTF is a guild created for skilled players. The founders of # feel that the only way to help restore our once enjoyable hl2ctf community is to revive the skilled players that are now inactive. We begin by grouping together our best active players, away from the common pubs, then invite any of the older players that might appreciate a good game of ctf once again.

Those who wear the "#" tag imply that they wish to leave a pub, and relocate to a private server in the situation where there are enough skilled players to start a new game. Not only does this appeal to those who can't find a decent game of hl2ctf, but it also opens up the pubs more by freeing some slots.

In addition to using conventional methods to revive hl2ctf, we have recently been delving into experimental server-side mods to open up new gameplay modes. Check out our website for further details on our goals, servers, and server-side mods.
