random tip: RAM does have an operating speed, (clock speed) most people don't know this. the clock speed will differ slightly within a classification ex: DDR2 and DDR3, make sure you know what your motherboard is compatible with before buying and installing! Also be aware of incompatabilities your motherboard may have, refer to the manufacturer.
