Teamkill Penalty Fix
Took me long enough to notice that players get +1 xp instead of -1 xp when they kill a team mate with neo_teamkill_punish is set to 0.

Is there anyway to edit how much you loose for a TK and suicide individually? I want to have -1 for a TK and -2 for a suicide. Or possibly -3... but the whole fact that I can't make up my mind right now is why variables would be cool.
