Caster Hands promotion reactivated

I've reenabled the Caster Hands promotion. To get the item in-game, you need to reach 400 global skill points in Tribes RPG and then say #claim. After you do that you can go back to GMod and say /claim tribesrpg to get your item.

Emerald Phoenix you have to move the files into another folder. Then if you have vista you run the T1Vista.exe. If you have windows XP I'm guessing you run the Tribes.exe.

To be honest. i downloaded Tribes RPG .. opened the file... What do i do? i seen like 4 EXE. files ¬_¬
