I think we should hold another one of these at some point so people who couldn't join the first time can join now. Plus I think if we try hard enough we can get valve's attention (maybe this time playing the episodic series).
Any response from Valve?
7pm US, daytime Aus = middle of the night UK. You got 13k people to play at once; That's immense! Check the gaming press coverage of the event! If you want more numbers, though, schedule three 8 hours apart. That way, hopefully the whole group can play at some point over 24 hours.
shedule reminder events, u'll get better turn out, a day in advance would be sufficient, as steam wont let all my devices be logged in at the same time
Really wish this would have been earlier in the day. Im in game now and plan on leisurely playing through this weekend, but noon on a saturday aint happening for any reason.
Just finished it on hard. Took me 6-7 hours with some small breaks. Praise the blue gravity gun!
It was like 3-6AM here in Australia. If you delayed it, it would of been 7PM+ in the US west coast, and daytime here. You picked a baaad time :(
@Zentrix! Well, 13,000 is the peak, not overall plays today. It's definitely more than 1/5 of the group. But still, there could be more, so it's a bit disappointing. Props to everyone who played today, I know I did :)
