When viewing a backpack you will now see all of the available steam bans - Trade, VAC and Community. This will give you a clearer picture of who the player is.

Implementing this now allowed me to justify preventing certain players from creating suggestions. If a player is trade banned, they cannot make any suggestions. There are no reason for someone that is trade banned to make any price adjustments as they are not allowed to trade. Should the trade ban be removed, they will be allowed to participate again.

Hopefully this takes care of the complaints related to known scammers submitting price suggestions.
