I've been working on this update for quite some time. The majority of my work was dedicated to improving performance/usability on tablet devices and making the interface a bit more intuitive.

There are too many changes to list here, but the major changes are:
- Changed the navigation to bootstrap's - Easier to use and less crowded
- Voting buttons are now separated in 3, instead of re-clicking to unvote
- You can now login to the site to view your backpack immediately
- Index page is now a useful page. Shows blog, recent changes, etc. To view top backpacks, just access the top lists. This makes the index page much faster
- Some user information stuff is cached instead of being read constantly from the database, making the site a lot faster on many pages.

If there's something broken, please let me know -- I've tried to test as much as I could on this one!
