Jun - Louis
Nodoka - Francis

In my all honest opinion, speaking of which, chracter-wise. I think it's more suited that Bill be Nodoka being the eldest of the 4 and wisest. Keeping in mind the story of L4D, she wants to protect her underclassmen like a true student council president, much like BIll wanted to protect his new "family". Jun would be Francis because of her childish nature, and Ui would be Louis for her optimistic outlooks.
