Server Administrators vary from server to server. They have different configurations. HL1 (CS / CZ) uses a single admin database and HL2 uses its own admin database.

CSS server password protected with any _CSGO map as maps are extremely big to download. Therefore, if you are not a member of the forums, you cannot get access to the password for these maps.
