just go download the patches or the super 1.0-1.7 patch on www.gamershell.com for example
god i havent played this mod in so long, since my other computer broke last summer (i got a new and improved one now) i havnt played world at war. i have the game still but i'm not going to bust my balls trying to find all the patches again. i really do miss playing on the crzy server, i wonder if im still a member lol...
