Insurgency Clanleaders

This is for North American clan leaders only:

I have started a list to aid the North American clans organize scrims and events. The list mostly consists of contact info of the clan leaders that are interested in competition. Unlike the European community, we do not yet have ESL to help us get organized. With this list I hope to accomplish two tasks: one - help clans set up scrims and events; and two - show ESL that the NA community will provide them with enough support for them to start a NA section as soon as possible.
