ABOUT r/tf2 Lessons!

This is the place to be, for new and experienced players alike.

We strive to teach new players skills in Team Fortress 2. Experienced players can teach the new players the ropes in a controlled environment, of course they can also give each other tips to improve their play.

Besides that we just want to have fun, and give new players a warm welcome in TF2 regardless of their learning appetite.

So that students can better find you. All instructors are encouraged to post a comment on the TF2Lessons Instructor Directory thread: http://redd.it/o9sqg

Posting there is voluntary, but the threaded format there may make it easier for students and instructors to find each other. Information you should include on the directory:
* A link to your steam profile.
* Timezone and usual availability.
* What in the game are you comfortable teaching?

Students are encouraged to submit a self-post on http://reddit.com/r/tf2lessons when looking for help. Information you might include to help us serve you better.
* What do you want to learn?
* How much experience/playtime do you have?
* What timezone? When are you generally available?
* Do you have any particular struggles?

Weekend Highlander PUGs starting @ 7PM EDT

A bunch of us are getting together later tonight to do some lobbies on my match server. Anyone is welcome to come have some fun, get some needed practice in for an upcoming match, or just get some exposure to the Highlander format.

Can help with:
HL Team Srtategies
All classes gameplay, but I main Demoman
PST Time zone. On most nights late. I have a server where we can train. Would love to help new people out and give them pointers.
I have over 2000 played, platinum level HL experience. Some 6s experience

All classes except soldier/heavy/sniper
over 2000 hours from console and computer combined

I have no life so I can play at near any time. Glad to help anyone with any class, but the three listed above are my least skilled. but still pretty decent.
I have a wierd server connection iordeal to where I can only connect to certain servers, but I can tell which ones I can connect to before crashing.
